CONFIDENTIALITY

TRAVDEX agrees to keep confidential any discussions held with clients and not disclose the content of any discussion or exchange of information without the prior express permission of clients. Any proprietary information, policies and procedures of clients that may be disclosed to, or become known to, TRAVDEX will remain confidential.

WARRANTY

TRAVDEX^® represents and warrants that the services performed in connection with any agreements shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and that the services shall be of the highest professional standards and quality.

CLIENT PRIVACY

No client information is shared with any third parties, except in the case of Attendees and Exhibitors directly sharing profiling information in connection with registration for the show and making One-on-One Appointments. TRAVDEX does not sell its client list to any third party. All of our client data is kept private within the company. We will not disclose personal information except to appropriate authorities as required by law. We want our clients and visitors to feel secure that personal information will not be published or shared with any third party.
