One-on-One Appointments General Information

In addition to an active and productive trade show where attendees (buyers) and exhibitors (sellers) interact, engage and negotiate, TRAVDEX® is the place to see product demonstrations, attend workshops and participate in 36 one-on-one appointments. 

HOW ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS WORK

  • Attendees and exhibitors create profiles in conjunction with the TRAVDEX registration process. These profiles contain pertinent company information, business segment, product and services descriptions, and buyer/seller targeted customers.
  • TRAVDEX profiles are reviewed by attendees and exhibitors enabling qualified buyers and sellers to target one another to jump start the business development process.
  • Each appointment is 15 minutes in duration, with five (5) minutes allotted in between for convenient switching from appointment to appointment

BENEFITS OF ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS

  • Buyers and sellers qualify one another in privacy and in advance of TRAVDEX.
  • Explain details about varying technology solutions, vertical segmentation, features and benefits evaluation and specific requirements.
  • Explore business models and pricing – software as a service (SaaS) and licensing; revenue-sharing, transaction-based and number of users; private labeling and co-branded.
  • Thirty-six targeted meetings generate a year’s worth of qualified leads, focused selling, business development and deal making.

  • Begin making appointment requests for automated scheduling/online directory published
  • Review directory
  • Request appointments

Friday, April 2, 2010:

  • Appointment requests close – last day to make appointment requests for automated scheduling
  • Automated scheduling process begins

Monday, April 12, 2010:

  • Appointment schedules published / begin manual scheduling
  • View automatically scheduled appointments
  • Request additional appointments manually

Friday, April 16, 2010:

  • Last day for manual scheduling
  • System closed
