Tim, has ITA scaled back the scope of the reservation system to achieve "finished" status or are you claiming full completion of mission critical components (i.e. inventory, reservations and airport departure control)? If your finished why did Air Canada scrap the ITA reservation project?

Tim, have you scaled back the scope of your reservation system to achieve "finished" status or are you claiming full completion of mission critical components (i.e. inventory, reservations and airport departure control)? If it was finished then why would Air Canada have scrapped the project?
